Shipping policy

BLD ships orders to the United States and Mexico. Available shipping options and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

Processing and delivery

We aim to prepare orders by the end of every business week, excluding weekends and holidays. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order requires additional time, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Shipping transit time is separate from processing time. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping, when offered, applies only to eligible orders meeting the conditions shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, we will send it with your shipping confirmation. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you need to correct an address, contact Bldthegang@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact Bldthegang@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

International orders

Orders shipped to Mexico may be subject to customs processing and import charges. Any duties or taxes collected at checkout will be shown there. Additional charges imposed by local authorities may be payable by the recipient, subject to applicable law.
